great suite but noisy air conditioning

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of vegan options that impressed me. The spacious suite had a separate bedroom door that effectively blocked out noise from the hallway.

I spent a night at the Residence Inn Natick and really enjoyed the spacious suite. The bedroom had a comfortable king bed and a nice sofa bed in the living area. Staff seemed genuinely friendly and cute. The room decor felt modern, and I loved the ample linens in the bathroom. A big plus is the EV car charger outside. It's a rarity and super convenient! The air conditioning unit was old and noisy. It made it hard to get a good night's sleep. I should have just opened the window, even with the street noise from below. The room quality and amenities made up for the AC issue, and I'd return for the EV charger alone.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could be more kid-friendly with some fun activities or games to keep them entertained.

The hotel's decor is vibrant and cute. The spacious lobby is wonderful for socializing, and the accessible features throughout make it easy for everyone to enjoy the amenities comfortably, especially for seniors like myself.

More seating in the common areas would be nice.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice, everyone. The hotel boasts an excellent, awesome location adjacent to Natick and restaurants. One of the tourist spots, the Natick Mall, is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. **Overall Rating: 4 stars**
